Anitalk is currently licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
Apple explains that apps made available through the App Store are licensed, not sold. Unless a custom EULA is presented for an app in App Store Connect, Apple’s Standard EULA applies.
How the documents work together
The Apple Standard EULA governs the license to install and use Anitalk. The Anitalk Terms of Use supplement that license for product conduct, creations and sharing, optional purchases, the website, and support. The Anitalk Privacy Policy explains information handling.

Anitalk is provided on the App Store by emonster Inc. Product support is available at [email protected].
Apple trademarks
Apple and the Apple logo are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.
Changes
If the App Store later presents a custom Anitalk EULA, the license shown through the App Store will control from its effective date. This page will be updated to reflect that change.
